PLEASE NOTE

Please note that on the day of delivery, make sure that the garden is clear of any stones, gravel, dogs muck, garden furniture, etc. We will only deliver and erect the castle/s on a suitable area. A grass area is most suitable. NO GRAVEL surfaces, NO SHARPE STONE surfaces and NO DOGS MUCK surfaces. You must have at least the ground clearance area specified on each castle, clear when we deliver. We will NOT erect a castle on unsuitable ground. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure they have adequate space for the Inflatable hired to be sited safely. We charge a £20 fee on the day due to incorrectly measured gardens to cover our costs if unit cannot be sited safely

DELIVERY TIMES

We deliver between 7am to 12 noon. The castle should only take about 15 to 20 minutes to install and set up, then it yours for the day. We start our collection from 5:30pm. If you require a specific time for either delivery or collection this can also be arranged where possible, especially for hall bookings. Our latest pick up for a Childs bouncy castle is 8.00pm and our latest collection time is 10.00pm for Adult equipment. The 8:00pm collection time slot is only available from May to the end of August. The 10:00pm collection time slot is only available in June, July and August and we do charge an additional £15.00 for this service.

PAYMENT

We will ask for a cash or cheque payment (for Events Only) when we deliver the inflatable / bouncy castle, unless other arrangements have already been made. Please make cheques payable to "Carolines Castles".

CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel up till the DAY BEFORE the castle is due to be delivered. There is no cancellation fee then charged. If you decide to cancel your booking on the day, then we would charge a 50% cancellation fee for this.
